From the Valley of the Dragon to the World : Terminio × Football Club Group
Today marks a historic milestone for our town and our club.
We are proud to announce that ASD Polisportiva Terminio Academy has officially joined forces with Football Club Group (FCG), a global cooperative of football supporters and members who believe the game should belong to the people.
From Volturara to the World
ASD Polisportiva Terminio Academy was born in Volturara Irpina, at the foot of Monte Terminio, out of friendship, passion, and a desire to bring football back to our community. In just a few years, our story has grown from a local dream to something that has become woven into our social fabric. We are a grassroots movement that has captured the imagination of people both here in town and across the world in the Members of Football Club Group.
Now, with FCG, Terminio and the dragons fly into a new chapter. Our club remains what it always was, a club of friendship and passion, and now looks to also become a symbol of what can happen when people come together to enjoy, protect, and grow the game they love.
What This Means
With FCG, Terminio will continue to be a community-first club while also becoming part of a global cooperative network:
The Men’s Squad will fight for promotion this season, with additional energy and operating budget.
The Women’s Squad will officially launch in 2026 with FCG operating budget, creating opportunities for girls and women in our region to grow in the game.
The Polisportiva Youth Academy will receive additional donations from FCG to expand and serve even more youth, inspiring the next generation of players and leaders.
The Town of Volturara will see its stadium, traditions, and pride showcased on a global stage.
This partnership does not replace our identity, it strengthens it in our shared vision. The heart of Terminio will always be here in Volturara, powered by the passion of our community, fans and the legend of the three-headed dragon that has watched over this valley for centuries.
